How to realize automatic control of furnace temperature in high temperature electric furnace?

    I believe that many customers do not know how to realize automatic temperature control of high-temperature electric furnace. Let’s briefly share the automatic temperature control technology of high-temperature electric furnace.
    At present, it is convenient to use the electric furnace temperature control technology to continuously adjust the temperature within the given working range of the electric furnace, which brings a lot of high-temperature heat treatment equipment, so as to meet the needs of automatic temperature control.
    There are several common conditioning rules for automatic temperature control of high temperature electric furnace, such as two digit type, three digit type, share and share integral and differential. Furnace temperature control is such a reaction conditioning process. Comparing the actual furnace temperature, it needs to obtain the error of high-temperature electric furnace temperature, obtain the control signal through the disposal of the error, adjust the thermal power of resistance furnace, and then complete the control of furnace temperature.
    The high temperature electric furnace consists of two conductors with different components connected at both ends to form a circuit. Its working principle is to use the temperature difference at the junction to form electromotive force. The thermocouple of high temperature electric furnace uses the principle of electromotive force generated in the circuit by different temperature values of the junction point to measure the temperature. Through the position distribution of thermocouples in the furnace of high temperature electric furnace, the size and position of effective working area of box furnace can be determined.
1. PID control
According to the size of error, integral and differential control effect (PID control) is the most widely used control form in the temperature control process of high-temperature electric furnace.
2. Two position conditioning
It has only two states: on and off. When the furnace temperature of high-temperature electric furnace is lower than the limit value, the actuator is in the on state; When the furnace temperature is higher than the given value, the actuator is closed. The actuator is usually contactor.
3. Three position conditioning
It has two given values of upper and lower limits. When the furnace temperature of high-temperature electric furnace is lower than the given value of lower limit, the contactor is fully open; When the furnace temperature is between the upper and lower limits, the actuator is partially open; When the furnace temperature of high-temperature electric furnace exceeds the upper limit setting value, the actuator is fully closed. If the tubular heater is a heating element, three position conditioning can be used to complete the difference between heating and insulation power.
