Vacuum bright annealing furnace is a metal heat treatment process, refers to the metal slowly heating to a certain temperature, to maintain enough time, and then cooling at suitable speed. The purpose is to reduce hardness, improve machinability, eliminate residual stress, stabilize size, reduce deformation and crack tendency, refine grain, adjust microstructure and eliminate tissue defects. The purpose of annealing is to soften the material or workpiece that has been cast, forged, welded or machined, to improve plasticity and toughness, to make the chemical composition uniform, to remove residual stress, or to obtain the desired physical properties. There are many different annealing processes, such as recrystallization annealing, isothermal annealing, homogenizing annealing, spheroidizing annealing, removing stress annealing, recrystallization annealing, stabilizing annealing, magnetic field annealing and so on.
The frame of the annealing furnace is welded by various types of steel, the outer frame is made of channel steel, the main plate is cold plate, and the trolley is made of channel steel. The bottom plate and front and back end plate adopt middle plate.
Transmission part: trolley drive adopts motor and reducer, and drives a set of driving wheels at the front end by chain. The door furnace is driven by a worm gear reducer and an electric motor.
Sealing: the labyrinth sealing structure between the car and the furnace body, and the automatic sealing device of the sand sealing cutter on the side of the trolley. The sealing of the furnace door is made of roller type compression and spring pressing mechanism. The furnace body is made of high quality refractory brick structure to ensure the sealing property of the furnace. The high voltage aluminum brick is used for the compression part of the trolley, and the lower part is filled with insulating bricks for insulation.
The combustion system in oil burners installed on each side of a few heat in the furnace, reciprocating cycle, ensure the temperature uniformity. Automatic and semi-automatic type may be selected as required.
Exhaust gas preheating device in furnace is arranged on the upper end of the exhaust gas preheating device, flue gas in the furnace through the preheater, the fan into the cold air is preheated by the pipeline sent to the burner combustion, and a manual butterfly valve installed in the outlet, the valve can adjust the pressure in the furnace.
