Correct use of experimental electric furnace

The manufacturer has set the program when leaving the factory. The user only needs to set the temperature and press the heating key, which is very convenient.

1. Turn on the power switch of the experimental electric furnace, and the power indicator on the electric furnace lights up.
2. Set the temperature according to your needs.
3. Press the start heating button and the experimental electric furnace starts heating up.
4. After the temperature required for the temperature rise of the experimental electric furnace is set, the electric furnace starts to operate at a constant temperature.
5. After the heat treatment experiment is completed, press the cooling button and the electric furnace begins to cool down.
6. After the electric furnace cools down to a safe temperature (generally below 200 degrees), the furnace door can be opened to take samples.

There are also some points needing attention in use:
1. The temperature of the new furnace shall not be raised too fast. The temperature shall be raised slowly in the first 400 degrees, and the heating rate can be increased later.
2. The set temperature cannot be greater than the limited temperature of the electric furnace.
3. The furnace door cannot be opened during heating up.
4. Do not press the furnace body of the experimental electric furnace for a long time.
5. Do not load too many experimental samples, which will affect the experimental effect.
