How to analyze the main faults of the laboratory rotary tube furnace?
1. The indicator light does not light up after turning on the switch
Reason: The fuse may be blown;
Solution: Just replace the fuse.
2. When the temperature rises, the temperature display does not increase but decreases
Reason: The positive and negative poles of the thermocouple are reversed;
Treatment: Change the positive and negative wires of the thermocouple.
3. The ammeter has no current and the voltmeter has voltage
Cause: The heating element is broken;
Treatment: Open the furnace door, observe which heating element is broken, and replace it instead of all of them.
4. The voltage and power supply are normal but the electric furnace does not work
Reason: There is an error in the parameters of the electric furnace;
Solution: Ask the supplier for help to tell how to reset the parameters.
