The temperature range of crucible furnaces covers multiple series, and the following are common temperature types and specific explanations:

1. 1000 degree series: suitable for melting non-ferrous metals with low melting points, such as copper, aluminum, and their alloys. Its rated temperature is usually 1000 ℃, and the design temperature may be slightly higher, such as 1200 ℃, to meet a certain range of over temperature usage.
2.1200 degree series: This series of crucible furnaces can handle materials with higher melting points, and their rated temperature is generally 1200 ℃. Some models may have higher design temperatures to accommodate a wider range of heating needs.
3.1400 ° C series: For applications that require higher temperature treatment, the 1400 ° C series crucible furnace uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements, which can achieve and stabilize at a high temperature of 1400 ° C.
4.1700 degree series: This is a high-temperature series in crucible furnaces, using silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, with a rated temperature of up to 1700 ℃. This series of crucible furnaces is suitable for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, quality inspection and other occasions that require extremely high temperatures.
