What are the temperature ranges for customized experimental tube furnaces?

The temperature range of customized experimental tube furnaces usually includes the following common ranges to meet different experimental needs:

Low temperature range (≤ 1000 ℃)
Suitable for small-scale experiments and sample processing, such as material research, chemical analysis, etc. This type of tube furnace has a lower power, usually between 3 and 6 kilowatts.
Medium temperature range (1100 ℃ to 1500 ℃)
Suitable for large-scale experiments and sample processing. The temperature range covers the heat treatment requirements of most metal materials, and the power range is generally between 3 and 8 kilowatts.
High temperature range (≥ 1600 ℃)
Suitable for high-temperature processing and large-scale samples, such as ceramic sintering, metal melting, etc. This type of tube furnace has a high power, usually ranging from 8000 watts to 10000 watts or even higher, and some equipment can reach 1700 ℃ or 1800 ℃.

The correspondence between specific temperature ranges and heating elements:
250 ℃ to 1250 ℃: Use Fe Cr Al or Ni Cr Al alloy heating elements, or infrared lamp heating elements.
1300 ℃ to 1600 ℃: using silicon carbide heating elements.
1600 ℃ to 1800 ℃: Use MoSi ₂ heating element (note to avoid prolonged heating below 800 ℃).
Temperature control characteristics of customized experimental tube furnace:
High precision temperature control: adopting an intelligent PID temperature control system, supporting multi-stage program temperature control, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃.
Temperature uniformity: The length of the constant temperature zone can be customized according to requirements, and the temperature difference in the central area is usually ≤± 5 ℃ to ensure uniform heating of the sample.
Rapid heating and cooling: Some equipment is equipped with a rapid cooling system, with a heating rate of 0-20 ℃/min and an adjustable cooling rate to improve experimental efficiency.
