The common faults and solutions of the well crucible furnace are as follows:

1. Abnormal temperature
Reason for malfunction:
Possible causes include burner malfunction, damage to electric heating elements, temperature control system malfunction, etc.
resolvent:
Check if the burner is working properly and clean. If there are any issues, clean or replace it promptly.
If the electric heating element is damaged, the damaged element needs to be replaced.
If the temperature control system malfunctions, check the temperature sensor and controller, repair or replace damaged components.

2. Uneven heating
Reason for malfunction:
It may be caused by fan failure, radiator blockage, or uneven internal structure of the furnace.
resolvent:
Check whether the fan is running normally and whether the fan blades are clean. If there are any problems, clean or repair them in a timely manner.
If the radiator is blocked, it needs to be cleaned.
If the internal structure of the furnace is uneven, adjust the internal structure of the furnace to ensure uniform heating.

3. Air leakage
Reason for malfunction:
It may be caused by internal damage to the furnace, valve leakage, or pipeline damage.
resolvent:
Check if there is any obvious damage inside the furnace, and if so, repair or replace the furnace.
Check if the valve is well sealed, and if there are any issues, replace the damaged valve.
Check whether the pipeline is damaged, and if so, repair or replace the damaged pipeline.

4. Electrical malfunction
Reason for malfunction:
It may be due to loose wiring, aging electrical components, etc.
resolvent:
Check if the power wiring of the pit furnace is secure and loose, and if so, reconnect it.
Check whether the electrical components are aging or damaged, and replace the damaged electrical components if necessary.
Check if the controller is working properly and repair or replace it as needed.

5. Cooling system malfunction
Reason for malfunction:
May cause high furnace temperature and even damage to the furnace.
resolvent:
Check if the cooling water supply is normal and if the cooling water pipeline is unobstructed. If there are any problems, promptly address them.
Check if the cooling water pump is working properly. If there is a malfunction, repair or replace it.
Check if the cooling water circuit is leaking, and if so, repair or replace the leaking components.

6. Thermocouple malfunction
Reason for malfunction:
Possible causes include reverse connection of thermocouple positive and negative poles, short circuit or open circuit, mechanical damage, high temperature damage, etc.
resolvent:
If the positive and negative poles of the thermocouple are connected in reverse, locate the positive and negative pole markings on the thermocouple mounting base and connect them correctly. For those with unclear markings, the method of two trial connections can be used.
If the thermocouple is short circuited or disconnected, the circuit of the positive and negative short circuited parts of the thermocouple can be unobstructed to restore normal temperature display.
If there is mechanical damage, such as distortion, deformation, or loss of the thermocouple body, it is generally impossible to handle and the thermocouple needs to be replaced.
If the thermocouple is damaged due to high temperature, such as the complete rupture of the external packaging ceramic tube or other wrapping body of the thermocouple, or the complete breakage of the internal thermocouple metal wire, the thermocouple should be replaced in a timely manner, and the new thermocouple should be fully matched with the compensation wire, thermometer model, furnace body model, and overall furnace performance.
