Customization of multi temperature zone rotary tube furnace can be carried out from the following aspects:

Customization of core parameters:
Temperature range and accuracy: Select the highest temperature (such as 1200 ℃ -2200 ℃) according to experimental requirements, and require temperature control accuracy within ± 1 ℃ to meet high-precision experimental requirements.
Number and layout of temperature zones: Customize 2-5 independent temperature zones, each of which can independently set temperature and atmosphere, supporting complex processes such as gradient material preparation.
Rotation and tilt function: The rotation speed can be adjusted (0-15rpm), and the tilt angle can be adjusted (0 ° -90 °) to ensure uniform heating of the sample and adapt to special processes such as gas exchange or liquid dripping.

Furnace tube and material selection:
Furnace tube size: Customize the furnace tube diameter (such as Φ 40mm – Φ 200mm) and heating length (such as 300mm -1500mm) according to the sample size, supporting batch processing or large workpieces.
Furnace tube material: optional quartz tube (transparent observation, corrosion-resistant), stainless steel tube (high temperature strength) or corundum tube (resistant to rapid cooling and heating), suitable for different chemical environments.
Internal structure: Inverted or flipping design can be added to promote sample flipping and further improve heating uniformity.

Atmosphere control system upgrade:
Gas injection and mixing: Supports independent control of 3-5 gas channels, with precise adjustment of the ratio (such as H ₂: Ar=1:9) through a mass flow meter (MFC) to meet the requirements of reduction, oxidation, or inert atmosphere.
Vacuum requirement: Equipped with a dual stage mechanical pump and molecular pump vacuum system, with a maximum vacuum degree of ≤ 10 ⁻⁴ Pa, to prevent sample oxidation or contamination, suitable for high-purity material synthesis.

Heating element and insulation design:
Heating element selection: Choose resistance wire (low temperature), silicon carbon rod (medium temperature) or silicon molybdenum rod (high temperature) according to temperature requirements to ensure heating efficiency and lifespan.
Optimization of insulation structure: Adopting vacuum formed multi-layer alumina fiber structure lining to reduce heat loss, lower energy consumption, and extend equipment service life.

Customization of intelligent control system:
Temperature control method: PID algorithm or fuzzy control technology is used to achieve high-precision temperature control, supporting multi-stage program heating, insulation, and cooling curve settings.
Operation interface: equipped with touch screen or upper computer software, supporting remote control, real-time data recording and analysis, and improving operational convenience.
Security protection: Integrating multiple safety mechanisms such as over temperature protection, gas cut-off protection, and leakage protection to ensure the safe operation of equipment.

Modular and Scalable Design:
Reserved interface: Supports future upgrades to automation control systems and online monitoring modules (such as infrared temperature measurement and gas analyzers) to protect investment.
Expansion capability of temperature zone: Initially customized equipment with 2 temperature zones, it can be expanded to 4 temperature zones by adding heating modules in the later stage to adapt to future demand changes.

Customization for special needs:
Industry exclusive features: customized ultra-low particle pollution design for semiconductor manufacturing; For the development of new energy, the atmosphere mixing efficiency can be optimized to improve the performance of battery materials.
