Box type high-temperature heat treatment furnaces are widely and critically used in the automotive industry, mainly involving heat treatment of engine components, transmission system components, and heat treatment technology in automotive repair. The following are some specific application cases:

1. Heat treatment of engine components
Valve springs: Valve springs for automotive engines are usually made of spring steel with high carbon content. During the production process, a box type high-temperature heat treatment furnace is required to quench and temper the valve spring. For example, heating the valve spring to 850 ℃ -880 ℃ and quickly quenching it in oil, followed by tempering it in a box type high-temperature heat treatment furnace at 450 ℃ -500 ℃, can achieve high strength and elastic limit of the valve spring, meet the performance requirements of the engine for valve spring during high-speed operation, and improve the reliability and durability of the engine.
Other engine components: The box type high-temperature heat treatment furnace can also be used for heat treatment of other key engine components, such as crankshafts, connecting rods, etc. By quenching and tempering treatment, the wear resistance and fatigue resistance of these components can be improved.

2. Heat treatment of transmission system components

3. Heat treatment technology in automobile repair
Annealing of forgings and castings: In the process of automobile repair, it is often necessary to repair damaged forgings and castings. Box type high-temperature heat treatment furnace can be used for annealing treatment of these components, reducing hardness, increasing plasticity, and facilitating subsequent processing and repair.
Application of box type furnace with movable bottom: For medium-sized and above automobile repair shops, box type high-temperature heat treatment furnaces with movable bottom are very suitable. Active furnace bottom can improve productivity (shorten the operation time of loading and unloading) and greatly reduce labor intensity. This type of furnace is usually used for annealing of forgings or castings, and can load a large number of workpieces at once, meeting the batch processing needs in automotive repair.
