The temperature range of the vertical tube heat treatment electric furnace is wide, and it can be divided into three main ranges: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature according to different models and applications, as follows:

Low temperature range: Some vertical tube furnaces can reach lower temperatures, such as 200 ℃ to 1000 ℃. This temperature range is suitable for experiments that do not require high temperature, such as annealing, drying, or preliminary heat treatment of certain materials.

Medium temperature range: The working temperature of many vertical tube furnaces is between 1000 ℃ and 1200 ℃. This is a commonly used temperature range in laboratories, suitable for sintering, annealing, and other treatments of various materials. For example, in metal heat treatment, this temperature range can be used to eliminate internal stresses in materials, improve microstructure, or enhance material properties.

High temperature range: The highest temperature of high-end vertical tube furnaces can reach 1600 ℃ or even higher, such as 1700 ℃. This temperature range is suitable for special experiments that require high-temperature treatment, such as sintering of ceramic materials, preparation of semiconductor materials, or heat treatment of special metals. In ceramic sintering, high temperature environment can promote tight particle bonding, improve material density and hardness; In the preparation of semiconductor materials, high temperature environment can ensure excellent electrical properties of the materials.

Temperature control accuracy is an important indicator for measuring the performance of vertical tube furnaces. A high-precision vertical tube furnace can ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of experimental results. Generally speaking, the temperature control accuracy of a vertical tube furnace can reach ± 1 ℃, which is crucial for experiments that require precise temperature control. For example, in the preparation of nanomaterials, temperature fluctuations may affect the crystal structure or particle size distribution of the material, thereby affecting its performance.

Temperature uniformity is also an important performance indicator for vertical tube furnaces. High quality vertical tube furnaces can achieve uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace by optimizing the furnace structure and heating element layout. For example, the uniformity of the temperature field inside some vertical tube furnaces can reach ± 5 ℃, ensuring that the material is uniformly heated during the heat treatment process and avoiding performance differences caused by local overheating or underheating.
