When the powder is calcined in a high-temperature rotary furnace, the temperature cannot rise, which may be caused by electrical systems, combustion systems, process operations, equipment structures, or external factors. The following are specific reasons and corresponding solutions:

Electrical system malfunction
Power supply voltage issue: If the voltage drop of the power supply line is too large or the socket and control switch have poor contact, the equipment may not be able to obtain sufficient voltage, thus unable to heat up normally. At this point, the power supply line should be checked to ensure stable voltage and good contact. If necessary, adjust or replace sockets and control switches.
Controller malfunction: Damaged internal switches and fuses of the controller, or failure to trigger the travel switch of the furnace door (such as the furnace door not being closed properly), may cause the controller to malfunction, thereby affecting temperature control. At this point, the internal components of the controller should be inspected to ensure that the furnace door is tightly closed and the travel switch is triggered normally.
Heating element failure: Resistance wire breakage, heating element breakage, or thyristor damage can all cause the heating element to malfunction and fail to heat up. At this point, a multimeter should be used to check the continuity of the resistance wire and heating element, and replace damaged components.

Process operation issues
Material feeding problem: If the feeding tube does not feed or feeds unevenly, it will affect the distribution and combustion effect of materials in the furnace, resulting in the inability to raise the temperature. At this point, it is necessary to check whether the feeding pipe is blocked or whether the feeding is uniform, clean the feeding pipe in a timely manner, and adjust the feeding amount.
Process gas system issue: Blockage of process gas system pipelines can cause obstacles in heat transfer, thereby affecting the temperature inside the furnace. At this point, the process gas pipeline should be inspected to promptly address any blockages and ensure smooth flow of the pipeline.
Temperature control issue: Setting a low temperature or damaging the control circuit can cause the equipment to fail to reach the expected temperature. At this point, the set temperature should be adjusted and maintenance personnel should be notified to inspect the control circuit.

Equipment structure issues
Equipment sealing: Poor sealing of equipment can cause heat loss and the entry of external air, thereby affecting the temperature inside the furnace. At this point, the sealing performance of the equipment should be checked to ensure good sealing and prevent heat loss and external air from entering.
Equipment thermal efficiency: External heating rotary furnaces have relatively low thermal efficiency due to the need to conduct heat through the cylinder wall, resulting in significant heat loss. At this point, it is possible to consider using an internal heating rotary furnace or optimizing the heating method of an external heating rotary furnace to improve thermal efficiency.

external factors
Environmental temperature: If the environmental temperature is too low, it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the equipment, thereby affecting the temperature inside the furnace. At this point, insulation measures or increasing the ambient temperature can be taken to improve the heat dissipation effect of the equipment.
Cooling water problem: A large amount of leaked cooling water from water-cooled components can cause a decrease in equipment temperature. At this point, the sealing performance of the water-cooled components should be checked to ensure that the cooling water does not leak.
