Electrical system issues
Reason: Electrical system malfunction may cause the temperature inside the furnace to fail to rise. For example, if the plug is not properly inserted or the power is cut off, if the fuse is blown, if the heating element is damaged, or if the temperature controller is malfunctioning.
Solution:
Check if the plug is properly inserted and ensure that the power connection is normal.
Replace the fuse to ensure the safety of the electrical system.
Replace damaged heating elements and restore heating capacity.
Replace the temperature controller to ensure accurate temperature control.

Thermocouple and temperature controller issues
Reason: Thermocouple or temperature controller malfunction may result in inaccurate temperature measurement, thereby affecting temperature control. For example, incorrect wiring of thermocouple positive and negative poles, improper parameter settings of temperature controller, etc.
Solution:
Check the positive and negative wiring of the thermocouple to ensure correct wiring.

Air circulation system issues

Operational and material management issues
Reason: Improper operation or poor material management may also cause the temperature inside the furnace to fail to rise. For example, failure to preheat during startup, rapid heating rate, excessive material accumulation, etc.
Solution:
Strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure preheating before starting.
Reasonably control the heating rate to avoid equipment damage caused by rapid heating.
Regularly clean the material accumulation in the fluidized bed to ensure smooth circulation of hot air.
Reasonably control the feeding speed and material humidity to avoid excessive accumulation of materials in the fluidized bed.

Equipment aging and structural issues
Reason: Equipment aging or unreasonable internal structure may also cause the temperature inside the furnace to fail to rise. For example, prolonged use of equipment can lead to component wear and internal structural design defects.
Solution:
Regularly maintain and inspect equipment, and replace aging components in a timely manner.
