The temperature of the high-temperature vertical tube furnace cannot rise, which may be caused by electrical system failure, heating element problems, abnormal control system, furnace structure defects or improper operating parameters. 1. Electrical system malfunction
Power issue:
Check whether the power configuration meets the equipment requirements, such as whether the 220V/380V power supply is stable and whether the power is greater than the rated power of the equipment.
Check whether the power cord is damaged, whether the grounding is reliable, and avoid leakage or short circuit.
Check if the fuse or control circuit fuse is blown, and replace it promptly if it is blown.
Transformer issue:
Check if the output voltage of the furnace transformer is normal. If the voltage is too low, it may cause insufficient heating power.
If the transformer is damaged, it is necessary to contact professional maintenance personnel for replacement.

2. Heating element issue
Heating element damage:
Check whether the electric heating elements (such as silicon molybdenum rods, graphite heating elements) are open circuited, out of phase, or short circuited.
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance values of three sets of electric heating elements, ensuring that the resistance values are consistent and within the allowable range (such as the three-phase current imbalance value not exceeding 20%).
If the heating element is damaged, it is necessary to replace it with a new one in a timely manner.
Heating element aging:
Heating elements may experience aging over time, leading to a decrease in heating power.
Regularly check whether the power of the heating element has decreased, and replace it in a timely manner if it has decreased.

3. Abnormal control system
Temperature control device malfunction:
Check if there is a malfunction in the temperature control device (such as temperature controller, thermocouple).
If the temperature control device is damaged, it needs to be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
Improper control parameter settings:
Check if the temperature control parameters (such as temperature setting value and heating rate) are set correctly.
Adjust control parameters according to experimental requirements to ensure accurate temperature changes according to the preset program.

4. Furnace structure issues
Excessive loading of furnace material:
Check if the furnace body is loaded with too much material, causing rapid heat loss.
Reduce the amount of material appropriately to ensure that the heat inside the furnace can be fully concentrated.
Deterioration of insulation screen or lining performance:
Check if the insulation screen or lining is damaged or if its performance has deteriorated, resulting in excessive heat dissipation.
Timely replace the insulation layer or reduce the heat dissipation (such as adjusting the cooling water flow).

5. Operation and maintenance issues
Improper operation:
Check whether the operator followed the operating procedures, such as whether the heating rate was set too fast, causing thermal shock.
Strengthen training for operators to ensure they are familiar with equipment performance and operating procedures.
Insufficient maintenance and upkeep:
Regularly maintain the equipment, such as cleaning furnace tube residues and checking whether the electrical connection parts are in good contact.
Strengthen daily inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure that it is in good condition.
