The furnace tube materials of the rotating inclined tube high-temperature furnace are diverse, including high-purity quartz, corundum (alumina), heat-resistant steel (such as 310S stainless steel), silicon carbide, etc. Different materials are suitable for different temperature ranges and process requirements. The following is a detailed introduction to each material:

High purity quartz:
Characteristics: High purity quartz tubes have good transparency, high purity, excellent high temperature resistance, and strong chemical stability.
Application: Commonly used in high-temperature spectroscopic analysis, vacuum heat treatment, and experimental scenarios that require optical monitoring. When synthesizing nanomaterials in an inert atmosphere, the transparency of quartz tubes facilitates real-time observation of the reaction process.

Corundum (alumina):
Characteristics: Corundum tubes have high hardness, excellent thermal shock resistance and high temperature resistance, and good chemical stability.
Application: Widely used in processes such as high-temperature sintering, melting, and chemical reactions. When dealing with corrosive substances such as strong acids and alkalis, corundum tubes can ensure the long-term use of the furnace.

Heat resistant steel (such as 310S stainless steel):
Characteristics: Heat resistant steel furnace tubes have good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and mechanical properties, and can operate stably for a long time at high temperatures.
Application: Suitable for high-temperature fluid transportation systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and food processing. It is also commonly used in rotating inclined tube high-temperature furnaces, especially when the temperature requirements are not particularly high (such as around 1000 ℃).

Silicon carbide:
Features: Silicon carbide furnace tubes have excellent high temperature resistance, high hardness and wear resistance, and high thermal conductivity.
Application: Suitable for heat treatment, sintering and other processes at high temperatures, especially in experiments that require rapid heating or cooling, silicon carbide furnace tubes can perform well.
