1. Product advantages
High precision temperature control:
Adopting PID intelligent temperature control system, the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃, and some models support up to 30 stages of programmed temperature rise, meeting the requirements of complex experimental processes.
Equipped with high-precision thermocouple sensors, real-time monitoring and adjustment of furnace temperature to ensure temperature uniformity (within ± 5 ℃) and avoid local overheating.

Efficient heating element:
Heating elements (such as silicon molybdenum rods and resistance wires) are designed to surround the furnace, with a fast heating rate (adjustable from 0-20 ℃/min) and high efficiency.
The maximum temperature can reach 1700 ℃, and the continuous working temperature is usually ≤ 1600 ℃, covering high-temperature CVD, material sintering, heat treatment and other scenarios.

Vacuum and atmosphere control:
Can be equipped with a vacuum system (mechanical pump or molecular pump), with a vacuum degree of up to 10 ⁻ Pa, supporting the introduction of inert gases (such as argon and nitrogen) and reducing gases (such as hydrogen) to meet the requirements of atmosphere protection experiments.
Reserved gas path quick interface, which can be linked with the gas mixing system to achieve better proportioning of multi-component gases.

Safe and reliable:
It has multiple safety protection functions such as over temperature protection, leakage protection, and short circuit protection to prevent equipment damage or safety accidents.
The grounding design of the equipment casing is equipped with an emergency stop button, which can interrupt the experiment at any time during operation.
The double-layer shell structure combined with the air cooling system reduces the surface temperature of the shell (≤ 50 ℃) and avoids the risk of burns.

Modularity and Scalability:
The furnace can be opened for easy cleaning and maintenance; Some models are equipped with an openable furnace cover, which allows for the removal of furnace tubes for easier experimental needs.
Provide single temperature zone, dual temperature zone or triple temperature zone options, support gradient temperature control, suitable for experiments that require different temperature zones (such as material diffusion research).
Supports RS-485 serial port or software remote control, enabling linkage of single or multiple devices, recording experimental data, and generating reports.
