The box type annealing atmosphere furnace has vacuum pumping function and is widely used in industrial production and scientific research fields. It can extract the air inside the furnace through a vacuum pump, forming low vacuum, medium vacuum, high vacuum, and even ultra-high vacuum environments, meeting the demanding requirements of different materials for heat treatment environments.

During the vacuum pumping process, the mechanical pump first reduces the pressure inside the furnace to a certain level, and then the molecular pump and other equipment work further to achieve a higher vacuum degree inside the furnace. This operation can effectively remove impurities such as oxygen and water vapor in the furnace, creating a pure environment without oxygen or low oxygen for material annealing, and preventing the material from being oxidized or nitrided at high temperatures.

At the same time, the well sealed structure of the furnace body (such as using sealing rubber rings, gaskets, etc.) can ensure that external air does not enter the furnace during vacuum pumping and subsequent heat treatment, maintaining a stable vacuum state inside the furnace. This characteristic enables the box type annealing atmosphere furnace to greatly improve the accuracy and stability of heat treatment processes by creating an almost perfect oxygen free or specific gas atmosphere when processing high-precision alloys, ceramic materials, and oxygen sensitive special materials.
