Product Introduction:
The KJ-VX900-100CLD external heating lifting vacuum furnace uses silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, with a working temperature of up to 900 ℃. Adopting a bottom lifting structure, the furnace door can move parallel, making it convenient for customers to pick up and place materials. This device combines vacuum/atmospheric and high-temperature heating, suitable for high-temperature thermoforming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics, as well as vacuum sintering of transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics, other metals, and alloy materials composed of refractory metals. The main technical features:
1. Convenient and fast loading and unloading of materials: Adopting a bottom loading design, the furnace door can move parallel, making it convenient for customers to load and unload materials.
2. Intelligent temperature control system: adopts PID mode to regulate temperature control, can set 30 heating and cooling programs, and the instrument has temperature self-tuning function.
3. Temperature measurement is simple and fast: Two N-type thermocouples are used for temperature signal acquisition. The furnace temperature can be digitally displayed on the control cabinet, making it convenient for operators to observe and record.
4. Low shell temperature: The double-layer steel shell is equipped with dual cooling fans to reduce the temperature of the furnace shell.
