1. Strict vacuum sealing

As we all know, the heating and quenching of the workpiece during vacuum heat treatment are carried out in a closed vacuum furnace. Therefore, ensuring the working vacuum of the vacuum quenching furnace is of great significance to ensuring the quality of vacuum heat treatment of parts. In order to ensure the vacuum performance of the vacuum furnace, the furnace body of Kejia vacuum furnace adopts air-tight welding with few holes on it to minimize the chance of vacuum leakage. The heating and thermal insulation linings of the vacuum quenching furnace work under vacuum and high temperature. These materials have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low vapor pressure, good radiation effect, and low thermal conductivity. For example, most domestic vacuum quenching furnaces mainly use graphite as the heating and heat insulation material. It is easily oxidized when heated in the atmosphere. 3. Water cooling device

4. Use low voltage and high current to heat the workpiece in a vacuum heat treatment furnace. When the vacuum degree reaches several hundred Pa (Pa), the energized conductor will produce glow discharge under higher voltage, and severely will produce arc. Discharge, burn down electric heating elements, insulation layer, etc., causing major accidents and losses. Therefore, the working voltage of the electric heating element of the vacuum heat treatment furnace generally does not exceed 80-100 volts. At the same time, the electric heating element should try to avoid sharp parts, and the distance between the electrodes should not be too narrow to prevent the occurrence of glow discharge or arc discharge.

5. High degree of automation

Because the heating and cooling of metal workpieces require more than ten or even dozens of actions to complete. These actions are carried out in the vacuum furnace, and the operator cannot approach them. At the same time, some actions such as the completion of heating and holding, the quenching process of the metal workpiece requires multiple actions and must be completed in a relatively short time.
