Kejia furnace’s vacuum sintering furnace has the characteristics of multiple models, high-precision temperature control, energy-saving insulation, safety and reliability. 1. Product Features
Multiple models and high temperature range
Kejia furnace offers multiple models of vacuum sintering furnaces, with a maximum temperature of 1700 ℃ (such as KJ-VS1700-12CWG model), and a working temperature range covering 500 ℃ to 1900 ℃, meeting the high-temperature sintering needs of different materials.
The furnace sizes are diverse, ranging from 150 × 150 × 150mm (effective volume 3.4L) to 1000 × 1000 × 1000mm (effective volume 1000L), and can be customized according to experimental or production needs.

High precision temperature control and uniformity
Adopting PID intelligent program temperature control system, the temperature control accuracy reaches ± 1 ℃, supporting multi-stage temperature rise and fall program programming (such as 30 stages), ensuring the accuracy and stability of temperature control.
Multi zone independent temperature control technology (such as KJ-VM500-3LWG model) ensures temperature uniformity of ± 5 ℃ in the working area, meeting complex process requirements.

Energy saving and insulation performance
The furnace adopts high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has better insulation performance and energy-saving effect than traditional fiber materials.
Double layer furnace shell structure (with air gap isolation in the middle) or water cooling system design, reducing shell temperature and improving operational safety.

Safety and reliability
Equipped with over temperature protection, trip protection, fault diagnosis, and abnormal alarm functions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
The vacuum system adopts a two-stage vacuum pump (mechanical pump+diffusion pump), with a maximum vacuum degree of 6.67 × 10 ⁻⁴ Pa, meeting the requirements of high vacuum environment.

Intelligence and convenient operation
The touch screen interface is user-friendly and supports real-time monitoring of device operation status, process report generation, historical curve query, and other functions.
Optional communication interfaces and software are available to achieve remote control and data recording on the computer, improving experimental efficiency.
