    KJ-T1200-V is a fluidized bed vertical tube furnace, which is specially designed for CVD experiments of powder surface deposition. The furnace tube is a high-purity quartz special-shaped tube. There is a porous quartz plate embedded in the furnace tube. The aperture of the quartz plate is 0.2 mm. The powder can be placed on the porous quartz plate, and the gas can be introduced from the lower end of the furnace tube, and the sample particles can be suspended in the heating area through the porous quartz plate for deposition experiments.
