The KJ-TL1000-H100LK2 continuous feeding and discharging two temperature zone vertical fluidized bed tube furnace adopts a structural design of vertically placed furnace tubes and circular distribution of furnace heating wires, which can be applied to annealing, tempering heat treatment of small steel parts, as well as vertical CVD coating, etc. The equipment can operate in atmospheric and vacuum conditions, and can also be used as a regular tube furnace, suitable for university laboratories, research institutes, and other units. The main technical features:

1. Vertical opening design: The furnace body is designed as a vertical opening type. After the experiment is completed, the furnace body can be opened and the quartz tube can be taken out to remove the reacted particles.
2. High purity Al2O3 furnace, insulation and energy saving: High purity Al2O3 fiber refractory insulation material has superior insulation effect and effectively reduces equipment power consumption.
3. It can achieve complex heat treatment processes: two temperature zones are independently controlled, which can form a temperature gradient or a longer constant temperature zone within the heating zone.
4. Double layer air-cooled furnace body, high safety: The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure technology, which helps to reduce the surface temperature of the shell.
5. PID intelligent temperature control regulation: The PID method adjusts 30 programmable segments and can set multiple temperature rise and fall programs, with over temperature and disconnection alarm functions.
6. Integrated water-cooled flange: Adopting an integrated water-cooled flange to prevent the flange from overheating and damaging the sealing ring, fully ensuring the sealing performance of the equipment.
