Product Introduction:
KJ-TX1100-S146LK6 rotary tube furnace is a high-temperature tube furnace with special rotation and tilting functions. It is designed specifically for sintering inorganic compounds, such as mineral particles and battery materials, with better uniformity. The main technical features:
1.6 independent heating zones: 6 independent heating zones with independent temperature controllers to ensure good and uniform heating.
2. Tiltable and rotatable: The tube body is designed for rotation, with uniform heating. The furnace body can be tilted, and the tilt angle of the sintering material can be adjusted for feeding/discharging, avoiding the hot and cold spots of traditional furnace types.
3. The temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃: The temperature control system adopts PID regulation and can set 30 temperature rise and fall programs, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
4. Can operate without human supervision: combined sound and light alarms for overheating and thermocouple breakage accidents, and automatic power cut-off for the heating part.
5. Large pipe diameter and large processing capacity: greatly improving processing efficiency, processing more materials at once, suitable for powder and granular materials.
6. Able to pass through the atmosphere and evacuate: equipped with a vacuum pump, can be equipped with gas cylinders, and can adapt to more processes that require processing in gas or vacuum state.
