Introduction
KJ-T89*220*3 Three-zone spiral feeding tube furnace uses resistance wire with Mo as heating element. Max. temperature inside furnace can be reached at 900℃. The furnace temperature profile can be set up to 16 curves by 30 segments and run automatically by the advanced temperature controller. It is multiple heating zone design for sample uniform heating, user can also set temperature gradient. Screw feeder inside the stainless tube and connect to motor shaft, good magnetic fluid seal for motor, screw feeder rotates along with motor working, samples get forward, so it can handle the samples continuously, meantime rotation speed is adjustable, from 0.05~2RPM, user can adjust sample dwell time in the hot zones. It is excellent for material research, ceramic research labs to develop various new materials.Belongs to a type of tube furnace.
