KJ-T1300-L6018LK-4L2Z four temperature zone vertical tube furnace is a type of vertical tube furnace, with four temperature zones above and below, which can be heat treated at different temperatures. It adopts a left and right opening and closing design, which can open the atmosphere or vacuum, and has overtemperature and couple breaking alarm functions.

1.Furnace tube upright: The furnace body and tube are upright, with a fluidized bed design, allowing reaction materials to pass smoothly through the reaction zone.
2.Safety and anti scalding: The furnace body adopts a double-layer structure, and the surface temperature of the shell is relatively low, making it less prone to safety accidents such as burns.
3.Energy saving furnace: The furnace is made of high-purity polycrystalline alumina ceramic fiber material, with high reflectivity, environmental protection and energy conservation, balanced temperature field, and flexible temperature control.
4.Accurate temperature control: Automatic temperature control using S-type thermocouples and AL artificial intelligence regulator 518P temperature controller, with high temperature control accuracy.

Precautions The pressure in the furnace tube should not be higher than the normal atmospheric pressure 0.02MPa
When gas is introduced into the furnace tube, a pressure reducing valve should be installed on the gas cylinder, and the range of the pressure reducing valve should be established as
0.01MPa-0.1MPa, it will be more accurate and safe to use
For the sample heating experiment, it is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and the intake valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If you need to close the gas valve to heat the sample, you need to pay attention to the reading of the pressure gauge. If the pressure reading is greater than 0.02MPa, you must open the gas relief valve immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.)
When the temperature is higher than 900℃, the furnace tube cannot be in a vacuum state, and the air pressure in the furnace tube must be equal to the atmospheric pressure and kept at normal pressure
